    I guess it is funny until it is your loved one who works for the federal government and will be forced to take work 1 day in every 10 off so they can not pay you. When a family lives pay check to pay check that 10% decrease in your income is a big deal. Please feel free to tell the people who do federal jobs that no one else wants such as prison workers that really this is no big deal. Saddly it won't be the people at the top who will suffer even as if it were a hangnail.
