Komen for the Cure breast cancer charity resigned Tuesday over her support to strip Planned Parenthood of funding, but disputed that she was the driving force behind the decision that created a firestorm of criticism last week. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that Proposition 8, the 2008 ballot initiative that codified the traditional definition of marriage, is invalid and unconstitutional.
