    They should just legalize guns in Mexico. Their police are corrupt and worthless. The Federalis are understaffed. And their laws make it impossible for a citizen to protect his family from the banditos and cartels. I have a friend in Monterey who is scared for his life every day and says that not only can he not own a gun for protection, the laws favor the criminal so that if he kills an intruder he will probably go to prison himself.

    There is a reason why access to arms is in the Bill of Rights.
