Talking about the "things that matter most" on May 23

4:00 –The Big Same-Sex “Marriage” Lie
Same-sex marriage will never be widely accepted in America for a simple reason: It’s based on a lie. But don’t take our word on this; leading LGBT scholars and activists say as much.Take Masha Gessen, acclaimed author and former Russian director of Radio Liberty. “Fighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change,” Gessen said last year. Ryan Anderson is here to look at the big same-sex “marriage” lie.

5:00 – Memorial Day: First-Hand Encounters
As we approach Memorial Day we want to hear stories of faith family and heroism. From first-hand witness, to loved ones’ stories, we want to inspire and honor those who have served us.

  1. Catholics need to realize that the future of marriage is harmed by secularism, not gay marriage. Look at France, where hardly hetrosexuals marry. The gay element is minuscule. The Church must learn to leave with secular marriage, whether gay or straight.

  2. I meant to say, "live" with gay marriage. Sorry, am in France. Americans are too hung up on marriage. Gays are not the main source of damage to marriage!
