4:20 Nuns succeed in bid to halt strip club from opening next door
On Monday the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo, Scalabrinian and Stone Park, IL community residents held a press conference to celebrate the victory in preventing the strip club “Get It” from opening next door to the convent. They organized a grassroots campaign that resulted in a 500-people vigil in Stone Park as well as over 3,000 signed petitions against the strip club and international, national and local media attention. Sister Noemia Silva, Missionary Sister of St. Charles, is with us to explain how they will continue to stand for a safe and healthy Stone Park that respects family values and the integrity of each person."

5:00 - All-American Horror Story: Top 10 Kermit Gosnell Trial Revelations
Since so many in the media have failed/refused to report on the late-term abortionist/infant serial killer Kermit Gosnell trial happening right now in Philadelphia, Kristan Hawkins, Director of Students for Life, has rounded up a top 10 list of the most gruesome, horrific revelations that have come out during the trial. She joins us.

5:20 – Francis: Pope of a New World
"Francis, rebuild my Church!" That is how St. Francis of Assisi heard the call of Christ. It is also how Jorge Mario Bergoglio, at the age of 76, and a Jesuit, seems to have accepted his election to the papacy with the choice of a name that no other pope has ever chosen. Who is the man chosen to be the first pope from the Americas and the first Jesuit pope? How does he see the world and his ministry? How does he understand his call to serve Christ, his Church, and the world? In short, what is the mind and heart of this new pope of a new world--of the Americas and the rest of the world of the 21st Century? A new biography from by Italian journalist and long-time Vatican insider Andrea Tornielli offers the keys to understanding the man who was a surprise choice, even a kind of revolutionary choice, for pope. He is here.

  1. Unfortunately, the nuns in Stone Park have not won their battle. They were only celebrating that, for the past year, they have prevented the strip club from opening.

However, the businessmen behind the club recently settled a lawsuit which tied up their resources. One of them was quoted as saying he expects the strip club to open by late summer.

    1. You know America is in trouble when strip clubs are "protected speech."

  2. I feel so bad after that discussion about the dying babies. I cried. It is so sickening and so, so sad.
